Founded in 2016 in İzmir, Brownies Food & Co. is Turkey’s first and leading premium brownie producer. Since day one, we have operated with a vision of delivering the highest standards of quality and taste, quickly establishing a strong position in the industry.
In 2019, we launched our own e-commerce platform, strengthening both our B2B and B2C sales channels. In line with growing demand, we opened our 2,500 m² modern production facility in İzmir Kemalpaşa and began exporting through our own distribution network to many European countries and various regions around the world.
As of 2025, to support our expanding global operations, we commissioned our new, state-of-the-art 4,000 m² facility. This not only increased our production capacity but also enabled us to professionalize in chocolate manufacturing, diversifying our product categories beyond brownies.
Today, under the Brownies Food & Co. brand, we offer a wide product range spanning from various brownie selections to truffles, chocolate bars, specialty flavors, and innovative vegan alternatives.
All of our production processes are carried out in line with the highest quality standards and food safety principles. With our BRCGS (A), ISO, Halal and Vegan certifications, we proudly demonstrate our compliance with international standards.
